GEMS Workplace: Managing user’s preference and organization’s general information such as mission, vision, values, policies, forms, procedures, directories, wiki links, frequently asked questions, general announcements, etc. are available in this module. Crucial and common information that are relevant to all employees are managed in this module.

System Administration: GEMS security, privileges, roles, rights, security policies, audit trails, global business rules, database automated backup, back-end services, application engines, data retention settings, etc. are managed in this module. This module is only for privileged users (System Administrators) ensuring system and data integrity as well as general security of GEMS.
